AMIGA STUFF
On the right you'll find some home-made Amiga stuff that you can download.
SOUNDMON SOURCE & EXECUTABLES
The MC68000 assembler source code
The amiga executable
On the PC page you can find a PC/DOS version (GUS only) or a linux version on the Linux page
A PC/Direct-X comptabile replayer and editor are available from the intel page. Some guys made a
WinAmp Plugin with which you can play these tunes. Please note, that, with this plugin, not all
songs are played 100% correctly. You'd better use UAE or WinUAE for the real thing (or the Linux or Win95/98/NT player).
All of the stuff on this page will also work with UAE (or WinUAE if you prefer that).
Actually, I use all the stuff on this page with UAE because my Amiga 2000 slot interface
has gone down the drain. Therefore I cannot use my Amiga harddisk anymore and I grew
tired of using floppies. One thing to remember though, all of this stuff was written
on either an Amiga 500 or on my Amiga 2000, these machines run on kickstart 1.2 or
kickstart 1.3 and are original 7.14Mhz MC68000 amigas. Anything newer/faster than
this might not work. Configure UAE to use kickstart 1.2 or 1.3, emulate an original
Amiga (500/1000 or 2000) and use 512Kb chip memory with maybe some fastmem and
everything should be OK (memory configuration should not be a problem, however, you
never know). The stuff (intros) that use a lot of copper tricks are basically quite
slow with UAE, but soundmon and some other intros work OK on anything faster than
300Mhz (duh! 300Mhz to emulate 7.14Mhz???).
SCANS OF SOME OF THE STICKERS WE USED TO HAVE IN THOSE DAYS
(I don't have any of our 'timecircle' stickers left, if anybody still has one, and could mail me a scan, I'd be very grateful)
